Ventilated façades (composite panels)
Besides their aesthetic function, the ventilated façades create a barrier between the living environment and the exterior, providing thermal and sound protection.
Excellent weather resistance, high formability, flexibility, stability and easy maintanance are only some of the properties that make ventilated façades a brilliant solution for any construction and design requirements.
Light composite materials such as ALUCOBOND, ETALBOND, JBOND consist of two aluminium cover sheets (0.5 mm thick) and non-toxic polyethylene core material, produced through a heat and pressure lamination process. The result is a combination of extraordinary flatness, high rigidity and an extremely low weight.
The exterior facings are coil coated with special varnish, thus increasing their resistance to sun action, abrasion and humidity and ensuring a long lasting performance.
Composite panels systems may be used on any type of surface, curved or flat, by using panels of different dimensions. These panels will lead to major energy and cost savings, thanks to excellent insulation properties.
